Joseph Case, Diman, Westport volleyball top Fall River teams in latest MIAA rankings

The MIAA recently released another volleyball power rankings of the fall year this Tuesday.

The rankings only include scores entered into Arbiter as of Oct. 18, 4 a.m. For the volleyball state tournament, the top 32 teams qualify. Teams 33 and below qualify for a play-in game with a .500 or better record.

As of Tuesday, three Herald News teams are on pace to qualify for the playoffs. Somerset Berkley is ranked 33rd.
