Josh Flagg's love tank is full!

The successful real estate agent is bringing audiences into every aspect of his life on the 14th season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.

From his hot new relationship, to his public divorce with Bobby Boyd, Flagg isn't shying away from his reality.

"There's so much real estate. There's so much filming. There's so much going on in my personal life. I really don't have enough hours in the day. I'm on a lot of medication (laughs)," Flagg tells Out.

Earlier this year, Flagg announced his divorce from fellow real estate agent Bobby Boyd. A few weeks later, he shared photos with his new boyfriend, Andrew Beyer.

"We are very cute. We're very much in love. He's phenomenal. I love him tremendously. Everything's going really really well."

In the trailer for the new season of MDLLA, Flagg's co-stars Josh Altman and Tracy Tutor showed some concern after seeing Flagg jump from one relationship to another so soon.

"People can do whatever they want. I'm in the relationship, they're not. People are very fast to judge when they don't know the dynamics. People also thought I was in a very happy relationship for 4 and a half years, but don't realize how unhappy I was. It's not always what you see."

While Flagg gets to show off his new boyfriend in upcoming episodes, fans will also see him dealing with the finalization of his divorce with Boyd.

The reality star is hoping people in toxic relationships can learn from his journey and eventually remove themselves from bad situations.

"If you know it's not going to work, stop trying to hold on to a relationship just to say you're in a relationship. Get out sooner than later, because you're just wasting time. If you're having doubts about getting married, you probably shouldn't go down the altar. The minute somebody starts rolling their eyes at you all the time, that's not going to change. That means they've lost respect for you and it's really hard to gain that respect back."

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles premieres Thursday, December 8 on Bravo. To see the full interview with Josh Flagg, check out the video below.
