Josh Hostetler: Don't miss Cruise-In for Charity on June 27 at Progressive Auto Group

With the beautiful summer weather finally here, it seems there is a car show or cruise-in every night of the week. Building Industry Association of Stark & East Central Ohio will play host to one to raise funds for several area charities.

On June 27, the BIA and member Progressive Auto Group will play host to a cruise-in at the dealership at 8000 Hills & Dales Road in Massillon. Hours are 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event will feature many generations and varieties of automobiles. We’ll also have food trucks and great music from a DJ.

Come out and survey the classic and custom cars from your high school days and talk to the owners about the pleasure of owning one of these rides.

Better yet ... Do you have car you’d like to show? Please bring it out and join us. There is no entry fee unless you’d like to help with a contribution to the charities involved.

We are also seeking donations (tickets to sporting events, rounds of golf, gift cards and more) for a charity raffle at the end of the evening. All proceeds will be donated to St. John Lutheran Church and the BIA Foundation Build My Future Chapter.
