Parade of Homes

Last weekend is Sept. 22-24

Nestled in The Woodlands and The Villas of GentleBrook in Hartville, this year’s Parade of Homes features seven beautiful new homes all located within walking distance. The 2023 Parade builders are Grisez Homes, Hostetler Family Homes (2), Lawver Homes, Patrick Long Homes (The Villas of GentleBrook), Rea Custom Homes and Vega Construction.

The Parade of Homes is a great way to discover the latest in new home design, technology, green building, interior design, and landscaping. Each home offers the latest in floor plans, house design, technology, landscaping and interior design. There are ranches, villas and two-story homes, all furnished, and there is something for everyone’s taste and style.

Admission to the Parade of Homes is $6 per person. Hours are 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, when there will be music by Paul Gregory Whitt and a cooking demonstration with 2nds by Chef Scott; noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, with music by Prime, a Pumpkin Extravaganza and Floral Presentation by Cummings Florist; and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday, with music by Samuel John and specialty coffees by Culligans Water.

Fall Circuit of New Homes

Sept 30; Oct. 1, 7-8

The Fall Circuit of New Homes is a scattered-site event with 14 homes. This show allows builders to display a home anywhere in our five-county area. In addition, the home can be under any phase of construction. Models also can be on display. This show also offers beautiful scenery, as interested consumers drive around East Central Ohio looking at homes with nature changing from summer to fall.

A special section on the show will appear in The Canton Repository, Times Reporter and other publications. The Fall Circuit is free to attend. Hours are 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Both of these events offer exceptional quality and value in every category of the buying stages – first-time buyers, families looking to build a custom home or move up, and empty nesters looking to downsize.
