For more than 72 years, the Building Industry Association of Stark & East Central Ohio has been providing a glimpse of the latest in landscaping trends and home renovation/design. More than 100 home professionals will be on hand at this weekend’s Home & Garden Show, assisting homeowners with additions and replacement needs.

Joining the event this year is popular 720 Market experience with makers, bakers, growers, brewers and artists.

Are you ready to shake off the winter blues and warm up to spring? There is no better way to do that than to visit our popular landscape displays!

This year, we have five landscape creations that are sure to inspire you. Landscapers this year include Mersa Landscape & Design; Minard’s Landscapes; Jscapes Design & Installation; Petrarca Landcare; and Wolfe’s Lawn & Landscape. All are sure to bring out some beautiful creations for you to see.

Maybe the best reason to attend this year is the door prizes given away by our sponsors. One lucky attendee will win a $1,000 gift certificate to be used with one of the show vendors.

If you’re looking for a room remodel, windows, roof, garage door, kitchen, gutters or anything else in the show, the prize would help you make a considerable head start.

We also have a 20-foot by 10-foot deck courtesy of Kidron Construction. Other door prizes include $100 gift certificates to Don Shula’s American Kitchen, Hall of Fame Village “Forward Pass” Zip Line rides, “Red Zone” Ferris wheel rides, tickets to USFL football games, and albums and CDs by The Shootouts

No matter what you’re craving, the food truck lineup on hand can satisfy everyone in your group. Messdad’s, Uncle Bacon, Galaxy Grill, Pierogi Lady, Wholly Frijoles, Bereka Coffee, R&D Kettle Corn and Moonstone Coffee Works are scheduled to be on hand, along with a Beer & Wine Garden in the Landscape section.

If the weather cooperates, we hope to have an outdoor environment for eating and drinking as well.
