When we spotted this super-cute,wispy pixie cuton Kimberlie Birks, a journalist and art critic walking around Soho, we had to get the details on her beauty look. "I haven't always hadshort hair, but I've tried all lengths," she told us.ￂﾠ"With short hair I find that I need to wash my hair more often, so I end up washing it pretty much everyday. I get a littlebed headand think, oh I'll just wet it, but it always feels better to just wash it!"
