From Journey to Thomas Rhett to Broadway shows and WWE, here's what's coming in 2023
With the new year comes new shows and concerts to get excited about. Several big artists and unique shows have already announced tours and performances for Shreveport and Bossier City for 2023 with much more on the way.
Whether you're wanting to rock out at the Brookshire Grocery Arena or catch a comedy show at The Strand, there's something for everyone coming to Shreveport-Bossier soon.
Brookshire Grocery Arena
Friday, January 27 & Saturday, January 28 - Kicker Monster Truck Show
Both events begin at 7:30 p.m.
Friday, February 10 & Saturday, February 11 - Ochsner LHSAA State Wrestling Tournament
The event begins at 9:30 a.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Friday, February 17 - Alabama
The iconic Country Rock group Alabama will be bringing their "Roll On 2 North America Tour" to Brookshire with special guest Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry. Show starts at 7 p.m.
Saturday, February 18 - Winter Jam
The annual Winter Jam festival is coming back to Brookshire with acts like We the Kingdom, Jeremy Camp, Anne Wilson and many more all hosted by Newsong. Tickets are $15 at the door the day of, seats are first come, first serve and begins at 5 p.m.
Sunday, February 19 - Journey
Come rock out at legendary Journey's "Freedom Tour" with special guest Toto. The show begins at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, February 25 - Parker McCollum
The Americana and Country singer-songwriter is bringing along special guests Catie Offerman and Corey Kent on his self-titled tour. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 2 - Friday, March 5 - Disney On Ice
Disney On Ice presents "Let's Celebrate" featuring 14 classic and modern Disney stories in one epic production. This show begins at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 11 - Straight Jokes! No Chaser Comedy Tour
Get ready for a night filled with laughs with standup comedians Cedric the Entertainer, D.L. Hugley, Earthquake and D.C. Young Fly hosted by Mike Epps. The show begins at 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 1 - Bert Kreischer
Don't miss out on comedian Bert Kreischer's "Tops Off World Tour" at 7 p.m.
Friday, April 7 - Koe Wetzel
American singer-songwriter Koe Wetzel is bringing his blend of Rock and Country vibes along with special guests The Steel Woods and Red Shahan to the Brookshire on his "Round to Hell Paso Tour." The show begins at 7 p.m.
Tuesday, April 11 - The Harlem Globetrotters
Check out the iconic Globetrotter stars are showing off their incredible basketball skills and outrageous athleticism against the Washington Generals at 7 p.m.
Friday, April 14 - For King + Country
Come out for the "What Are We Waiting For Tour Part II Tour" for the Official Album Release Concert Experience where the band will perform brand new music and a night you won't forget. The show starts at 7 p.m.
Sunday, April 30 - WWE Sunday Stunner
Come out and see Drew McIntyre, the undisputed tag team champions The Usos, Sami Zayne, women's SmackDown champion Charlotte Flair and many more at 7 p.m.
Saturday, May 6 - Kane Brown
Country star Kane Brown is bringing special guests Dustin Lynch and Locash on the "Drunk or Dreaming Tour" at 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 17 - Thomas Rhett
Country musician Thomas Rhett is bringing his "Home Team Tour" with special guests Cole Swindell and Nate Smith to Bossier at 7:30 p.m.

Louisiana native comedian Theo Von is bringing his "Return of the Rat Tour" to the Strand at 8 p.m. both nights.
Saturday, February 4 - The Texas Tenors
The most successful music group and third highest selling artist in America's Got Talent history, The Texas Tenors will be performing live in concert at 8 p.m.

All-vocal Country entertainers Home Free will bring their "Road Sweet Road Tour" at 8 p.m. with brand new music.
Sunday. February 26 - MANIA - The ABBA Tribute

Saturday, January 28 - Mozart's Haffner Symphony
