Julian Fleming has started to find his groove in Ohio State's offense.

Coming into 2022 with 160 career receiving yards and one touchdown on 19 catches, the third-year Ohio State receiver scored three touchdowns through his first two games for the Buckeyes, adding a fourth with a 36-yard reception from quarterback C.J. Stroud in the first quarter against Rutgers.

Expectations were high for Julian Fleming in the 2020 class

Based on how Fleming was rated coming into Ohio State's 2020 class, this is the kind of receiver the Buckeyes expected.

Fleming was the No. 3 player and the No. 1 receiver in the 2020 class according to 247Sports' Composite rankings.

In four years at Southern Columbia High School in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, Fleming dominated, recording 4,171 receiving yards and 57 touchdowns on 194 catches in 48 career games with the Tigers, according to MaxPreps.

As a senior in 2019, Fleming followed up his 1,462-yard junior campaign with 956 yards and 13 touchdowns.
