Jun of K-pop boy group SEVENTEEN is in ‘Limbo’ with new music video

SEVENTEEN member Jun released his fourth solo single “Limbo” along with its music video on Friday.

“Limbo” comes in both a Korean-language version and in Jun’s native Mandarin. The single is the most recent follow-up to Jun’s 2021 song “Silent Boarding Gate.” His other previously released singles include “Crow” and “Can you sit by my side?”

Jun and his SEVENTEEN bandmates recently wrapped up the North American leg of their “BE THE SUN” world tour. NextShark reviewed their Seattle concert last month and called them “nothing short of iridescent with a spectrum of a showman’s spark.”

The PLEDIS Entertainment act will soon travel to Southeast Asia as part of their tour, heading to Jakarta this weekend. They are also scheduled to visit Bangkok, Manila and Singapore.

Coinciding with their tour was the release of their July album “SECTOR 17,” led by the title track “_WORLD.” It is a repackage of their May album “FACE THE SUN,” which helped the group reach their highest peak yet at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.

Last month, they released a collaboration version of “_WORLD” with British pop singer Anne-Marie. Around that time, the 13-member group also made K-pop history at the 2022 MTV VMAs by becoming the first K-pop act to win Push Performance of the Year.

SEVENTEEN are currently scheduled to perform at the inaugural LA3C festival on Dec. 10 and Dec. 11 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park.
