Jurassic Quest coming to the Colorado Springs Event Center

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — For one weekend in March, the Colorado Springs Event Center will be going back through time with the largest herd of photorealistic dinosaurs at Jurassic Quest.

According to Jurassic Quest, North America’s most popular interactive dinosaur experience is back and bigger and better than ever. The event will be at the Colorado Springs Event Center starting on Friday, March 29, and lasting until Sunday, March 31.

The event offers families the chance to walk through 165 million years of the Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods. The event will offer rideable dinosaurs, live dino shows, interactive science and art activities, real fossils like T-Rex teeth, triceratops horns, life-sized dino skull, and more.

Jurassic Quest said that in 2024, there will be new hands-on activities, and education opportunities. The event includes an expanded Excavation Station, more Jurassic-themed rides and inflatables, more dinosaurs in the animatronic herd, a self-guided scavenger hunt, a new video tour, and the opportunity for kids to face off with the Jurassic Quest Utahraptors in a race.

Jurassic Quest said the event works with leading paleontologists to ensure each dinosaur is painstakingly replicated in every detail, from coloration, teeth size, to textured skin, fur, or feathers. There are also three baby dinos only at Jurassic Quest: Cammie the Camarasaurus, Tyson the T-Rex, and Trixie the Triceratops.

The event recommends guests purchase tickets in advance for the best chance at the desired date and availability.
