There are reports of damage in Miami County. One home in Covington had reports of a tree on a home.

News Center 7′s Brandon Lewis spoke with the homeowner and he told Lewis thankfully no one was hurt.

The homeowner removed his vehicles from inside his garage so the tree did not damage them.

Lewis also spoke with Jill Ventura, a homeowner in Piqua, who remembers hearing winds and seeing rain Saturday morning. She said the storms uprooted a tree on her property and turned it upside down.

“It just came down this like it owned the street and it took the street,” Ventura said. “I mean there were shingles everywhere and the boards from his fence were flying. It was just scary.”

Ventura also told News Center 7′s Brandon Lewis that her neighbors are helping remove the tree from her yard.
