Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are ready to move on into the next chapter of their lives. The young couple, who wed just a little over two years ago, recently listed their Beverly Hills starter home for $8.995 million, Variety reports.

This is not much more than the $8.5 million they bought it for in March 2019. (Fun fact: The property is located right next door to Jeff Bezos’s $165 million compound.) The 1930s Monterey Colonial features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and received a major overhaul in 2018. There are white oak floors throughout the 6,132-square-foot space, as well as steel-framed floor-to-ceiling windows for an ultramodern feel. Common living areas include a sunken family room that opens out onto a patio, a modern kitchen with SubZero and Wolf appliances, and an Art Deco–inspired wet bar and wine cellar featuring a unique Martinique-print wallpaper that was reportedly inspired by the Beverly Hills Hotel. A home office with built-in bookshelves leads directly out onto the poolside patio through a set of French doors, while a screening room boasts stadium seating and comfortable couches.

Four of the five bedrooms are located on the second floor (a room on the ground floor can be used as a maid’s quarters or guest bedroom), including the main suite, which boasts a vaulted exposed-beam ceiling; a sleek, modern fireplace; and a cozy sitting area. The en suite spa-style bathroom has dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, a deep-soaking tub, and an adjacent custom-built walk-in dressing room. Out back, a zero-edge swimming pool is nestled between a grassy green lawn and a covered cabana with a TV-mounted fireplace. A courtyard at the front of the house features a firepit shaded by mature olive trees.

Bieber gave fans a glimpse into the couple’s home via a series of posts to Instagram last fall. At the time, he playfully captioned one photo, “I think I want to sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it.” Nothing seemed to come of the pop star’s casual social media inquiry. Earlier this year, he and Baldwin dropped $25.8 million on a new seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in guard-gated Beverly Park, where their neighbors include the likes of Magic Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson.
