Justin Bieber Just Gave Us a First Look of Him as Cupid in His New Movie
Justin Bieber is set to play Cupid in a new movie.
The movie will be part of a new venture called Mythoverse.
Justin Bieber is teasing a big new project, but unfortunately it's not his new music. He's been pretty open about working on a new album, but Justin's remained tight-lipped about any details relating to it and it looks like a follow-up to his 2015 Purpose may be far off. That's because Justin's got his eye on something else: his role as Cupid in an upcoming animated musical of the same name. Justin is set to voice the god of love in a new movie that will belong to a new venture called Mythoverse, a cinematic universe where the stories are based on Greek and Roman mythology.
David Maisel, founding chairman of Marvel Studios and Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, have already planned to create three films within the MythoVerse. Justin's new film, Cupid, will be about him and his human royalty love interest Psyche, according to Variety. In the movie, Cupid's mom, Aphrodite, is threatened by Pscyche's beauty.
Justin gave us a look at his character and it's really an animated version of Justin, himself. In the photo, Cupid sits upon a cliff as the sun sets in the background.

The movie will be based on a Greek tale that dates back to the 4th century, B.C., according to Deadline. No other details about Justin's new movie have been released, but it sounds like it's going to be a good one.
