BRIDGETON – A South Jersey man who impregnated a pre-teen has been sentenced to a 40-year prison term.

Justin Kuhl, 32, will be 66 before reaching parole eligibility, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.

The Millville man was charged in connection with the sexual assault of a girl on multiple occasions between January 2019 and September 2020, the prosecutor’s office said.

It said the girl, who was under the age of 13, became pregnant from the assaults.

A jury found Kuhl guilty in May 2023 of two counts each of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Superior Court Judge Cristen D’Arrigo sentenced Kuhl on March 27.

He also ordered Kuhl to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law and to be subject to parole supervision for life.
