Juveniles sitting on stoop of vacant house injured in quadruple shooting

Three teenagers and a boy were injured Tuesday night in a quadruple shooting in east Baltimore, police said. Four young people -- a 17-year-old girl, 14-year-old twin sisters and a 12-year-old boy -- are all recovering after they were shot in the 9 p.m. hour while sitting on the porch of a vacant house in the 1700 block of North Milton Avenue.
