Pledis Entertainment’s K-pop boy group SEVENTEEN dropped a new version of their single “_WORLD” featuring British pop singer Anne-Marie on Friday.

“_WORLD” is the title track of SEVENTEEN’s latest album “SECTOR 17,” which was released last month. SEVENTEEN’S vocal unit leader Woozi is credited with both the song’s lyrics and composition.

The repackage album, which is a follow-up to SEVENTEEN’s album “FACE THE SUN” released in May, helped the group reach their highest peak yet at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.

As for Anne-Marie, her most recent solo album was 2021’s “Therapy.” This year, the “2002” singer released several collaborations, including “Peaches” with Diljit Dosanjh and Intense and “I Just Called” with NEIKED and Latto.

SEVENTEEN are currently touring across North America for their “BE THE SUN” tour. NextShark reviewed their Seattle concert earlier this month and called the 13-member act “nothing short of iridescent with a spectrum of a showman’s spark.”

Next up for SEVENTEEN is the chance to win big at the MTV Video Music Awards slated for next week. The group received nominations for Best New Artist, Best K-Pop and PUSH Performance of the Year.

Last week, SEVENTEEN made their in-studio debut on U.S. television with their performance of “HOT” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Around that time, Dive Studios announced that SEVENTEEN member Vernon will be a guest on their “Mindset” audio platform next month to talk about his mental health journey.
