So Kaitlynn Carter Just Left a Sweet Message on Miley Cyrus‘s Instagram...

• Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter just broke up after a month of dating and extreme PDA (see: them making out against a wall at a nightclub in NYC).

• Miley performed in Las Vegas last night, and Kaitlynn left a supportive message on one of her pics of the concert.

So by now you’ve likely heard the news that Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter have split after a month of PDA, matching outfits, and reportedly living together. According to a source, “They’re still friends. They have been friends forever and were there for each other when they were both getting separated, but they’re just not in a romantic relationship anymore.”

And I know that social media can be deceiving (i.e., my posting Instagram Stories of me with cat ears when I actually have human ears), but it seems like Kaitlynn and Miley, who were just seen holding hands in Los Angeles last week, are taking the breakup in stride. Yesterday, Kaitlynn was Instagramming about her fall slippers and going to a bookstore, while Miley seemed to be amped to be visiting Las Vegas with her family.

Miley performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival last night and brought her mom Tish and her siblings Trace and Brandi. She also happened to look AMAZING in an all-leather outfit, complete with long black gloves that were accented with sharp gold nails.

And just in case you need proof that there are no hard feelings between Miley and Kaitlynn, Kaitlynn left a supportive comment on a picture that Miley posted of the performance, writing ,“GET IT!!!!!”

So what have we learned from all of this? 1) Kaitlynn and Miley are *actually* still friends and 2) you can always rely on Miley for an extremely extra outfit.
