Kansas City Chiefs say limited number of AFC Championship Game tickets will go on sale

Fans who want to see the Chiefs in their fourth straight AFC Championship Game are in luck.

Following their 42-36 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills, the Chiefs announced a limited quantity of tickets for the title game against the Cincinnati Bengals at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City will be made available on Monday at chiefs.com.

There will be a presale for Jackson County residents from 8-9:30 a.m. Monday. Residents must use a credit card with a billing zip code in Jackson County to be eligible.

Chiefs’ season-ticket members can buy tickets on the team’s “pay-as-we-play basis.” Those season-ticket members also have the opportunity to buy additional single-game tickets starting at 10 a.m. Monday. They will receive an email with details from the team, the Chiefs said.

At 11 a.m., tickets will be made available to all fans.

On important note: the ticket office will not be open for any walk-up sales for the tickets.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 2:05 p.m. Sunday and will air on CBS.
