Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill was declared active for Sunday’s noon game against the Washington Football Team at FedEx Field.

Hill, who entered the weekend questionable with a quad injury, was not among six Chiefs players who were designated as inactive for Week 6 action.

The speedy wide receiver missed two days of practice before putting in a limited session Friday. Chiefs coach Andy Reid had said Friday, though, that Hill looked good in practice during that end-of-week workout.

“He was bouncing around pretty good, moving well,” Reid said.

The Chiefs will also have starting linebacker Anthony Hitchens, who also entered the weekend designated as questionable with a knee injury, and starting left guard Joe Thuney ready for action.

Thuney fractured a hand in Week 5, but played all offensive snaps against the Buffalo Bills. He didn’t practice Wednesday or Thursday, but he returned to on-field work Friday leading to this weekend’s game.

Defensive end Chris Jones (wrist), cornerback Charvarius Ward (quad), tight end Blake Bell (back), center Austin Blythe, guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif and tackle Prince Tega Wanogho will not dress.

Jones will miss a second straight game, while Ward hasn’t played since Week 2.

For the Washington Football Team, wide receiver Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is active.

WFT wide receivers Curtis Samuel and Cam Sims, cornerback Corn Elder, guard Brandon Scherff, tackle Sam Cosmi and tight end Jace Sternberger are inactive.
