Kansas football will host FOX Big Noon Kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 28, before KU’s game against No. 6 Oklahoma at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, FOX and KU athletics announced on Sunday.

This will be the first appearance for KU (5-2, 2-2 Big 12 play) on Big Noon Kickoff. Still, it will be Kansas’ second time hosting a national pregame show.

Last season, KU was the site of ESPN College Gameday on Oct. 8 as the Jayhawks played host to TCU.

Big Noon Saturday is FOX’s weekly pregame show for college football games. Kickoff between the two teams will be after the show, set for 11 a.m.

Fox will televise the game with Jason Benetti, Brock Huard and Allison Williams as the announcers.

KU is coming off a bye week and lost to Oklahoma State 39-32 on Oct. 14. Kansas is one win away from bowl-eligibility.

The matchup against OU also culminate KU’s Homecoming week.

Oklahoma (7-0, 4-0) defeated UCF 31-29 on Saturday.
