Kansas high school basketball game scores: Burton scores 32 to lead Campus boys to 4-0
Drake signee Andrell Burton Jr. scored 32 points to help the Campus boys basketball team improve to 4-0 this season with a 68-60 win over Maize on Friday night.
The 6-foot-6 wing has been superb this season for the Colts, who recently cracked the top-10 rankings by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association.
Fellow seniors Kaason Thomas and Drake McPherson are both averaging double-digits for the Colts, while Jacob Webber and Landon Brown have also contributed to the perfect start.
The final game before holiday break could be the stiffest test yet for Campus, as the Colts will face fellow unbeaten Hutchinson (4-0) on Tuesday.
