The Kardashians just threw North and Penelope a massive "candy"-themed joint birthday party

• North West and Penelope Disick are turning six and seven, so they celebrated with a massive joint birthday party.

• The event was "Candy Land" themed, and featured a whole bunch of sugar... and not much else, really.

The Kardashians just held the biggest family event since, well, True and Stormi's birthday parties earlier this year (seriously, who could ever forget Stormiworld?), hosting a joint party for BFFs and cousins North and Penelope.

This time around, the event was Candy Land themed, and featured so much sugar that you'll be buzzing just looking at it.

Kim shared clips on her Instagram stories of the event, which was held at one of the family's massive back gardens and featured a rainbow board game path, colourful balloons and giant gummy bears, toadstools and lollipops.

Their cake was a rainbow-layered dream, filled with - you guessed it - more sweets. Check it out:

Of course, the birthday girls went in full themed outfits, and the colourful vibe was super adorable.

Earlier in the day, Kim wrote an Instagram post in honour of her eldest child. "“Happy Birthday my sweet girl!" she wrote. "The last 6 years have been the best of my life raising you and seeing you grow up. Mommy loves you forever and beyond!”

If the Kardashians ever wanted to throw me a themed birthday, I'd be totally cool with that.
