Karlie Kloss announces pregnancy number two at Met Gala

Karlie Kloss debuted a baby bump at the Met Gala.

On a night when most people were asked who they’re wearing, the 30-year-old model was asked who she was carrying. Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner, 37, welcomed their first baby in March 2021.

“I got a plus one, don’t tell anybody,” beamed during Vogue’s red carpet coverage. “This is the first time I’m actually on a red carpet pregnant.”

It’s unclear when Kloss is due, but seeing a baby before year’s end seems likely. That baby will have a 2-year-old brother, Levi Joseph, waiting to greet him or her.

Kloss dropped no hints of the red carpet surprise she had in store leading up to the big night.

“Doing my Met glam trial right now,” she tweeted Sunday. “Which of my past looks was your favorite??”

She went with a black, form-fitting, floor-length black gown by Loewe for the Met Gala’s “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” event.
