Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner Put Nolita Home on the Market for $6.995 Million

The supermodel and the venture capitalist got married in an intimate ceremony in upstate New York last fall

Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner are looking forward to starting the next chapter of their lives together—but they’re going to need a bigger space to do it in. The couple, who wed in an intimate ceremony in upstate New York this past October, recently put their Nolita love nest on the market for $6.995 million and have been actively looking for a new home in recent months.

According to reports, the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home spans 2,000 square feet, with a rare additional 1,120-square-foot landscaped, irrigated terrace to boot. It's located at the corner of Prince and Elizabeth streets and features stylish accents like walnut herringbone-patterned floors and a granite wood-burning fireplace, making it ideal for the young couple.

The centerpiece of the home is undoubtedly the 28-foot-long, east-facing living room, which has an entire wall of elegant, black metal-framed windows and is divided into three distinct sitting areas. A flamed granite wood-burning fireplace anchors the space, while an abstract light fixture helps to set the whimsical-yet-industrial tone of the home. A set of French doors on one end of the living room space leads to the light-filled master suite.

The bathroom, comprising Calacatta Gold marble slabs trimmed in brass fixtures, features a classic deep-soaking tub that sits opposite a glass-walled shower. The master suite has not one but two walk-in closets and a separate linen closet for extra storage space, according to the listing.

The other bedroom, located at the opposite end of the long living area, is currently being used as a media room and has custom built-in shelves with a walk-in closet. A buyer could easily convert the room back into a second bedroom with a king-size bed; the en suite bathroom features a Watermark steam shower with a bench, part of a more recent apartment renovation.

Elsewhere in the unit is a large, open kitchen and island made up of dark Danish walnut cabinetry and Watermark hardware. A modest dining area that sits just off the kitchen is lined on one side by a set of floor-to-ceiling French doors that open onto the terrace. The terrace itself is the stuff New York dreams are made of, with a gas fireplace, an irrigation system, and two oversize pergolas overrun by ivy. The covered outdoor dining and lounge spaces are ideal for rooftop entertaining (there are three access points to the terrace in total).

Aside from the apartment’s already-luxe offerings, the building—which has 15 units total—also boasts some enviable amenities, including a gym, bike room, private storage, and landscaped rooftop terrace. In addition to the couple’s shared Nolita abode, Kloss also owns a West Village apartment just a few blocks off the Hudson River, her first home.
