For Cathy Duerr, teacher, how does this student’s exemplary behavior illustrate the goals your school is pursuing? Kasay is an excellent role model for students in our school. She sets high goals for herself and works hard to attain them. She always has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others both in and out of the classroom. In the classroom she is an excellent peer tutor. Outside of school, she is very involved in her church and on her own accord started making and selling bookmarks to help an orphanage in another country. She is friendly to everyone and always wears a smile. This year she is one of the anchors for the morning announcements.  It is the perfect platform for her to shine!
