Kate Beckinsale got busy strutting her stuff on Instagram in a little bikini this week, and her abs and legs were ultra-sculpted.
The actress, 49, works with trainer Brad Siskind and hits up the gym six mornings a week.
Kate also does lots of yoga to prevent any injuries from all that hard training.
The 49-year-old star got busy making a runway out of her driveway, walking around in a bikini and a long lime green cover-up on her Instagram Story. Kate’s hair is pulled back into her iconic high ponytail, and she’s rocking a pair of tall platform shoes that look like they require special training to put on.
But not Kate. Her miles-long legs and sculpted abs are stronger than ever as she struts down her driveway.
Kate is known for being a total badass at the gym, so it's no surprised she's as strong (and balanced in those heels) as she is. The actress works with trainer Brad Siskind, who works at celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson's gym. Kate works out at least six mornings a week, and “the whole hour is work,” he told WH.
Kate (thankfully!) broke down her whole routine so that everyone at home can follow along. She starts with a full-body workout of eight compound exercises. Each exercise works two muscle groups simultaneously so that she gets the most out of every session. The moves include things like bicep curls with a squat, and sit-ups with combination punches. Phew! I’m sweating just reading that.
The actress also keeps injury free by practicing yoga. “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga,” she told WH.
Kate also puts a whole new meaning on the phrase cat pose as she literally balances her cat while doing yoga in this IG post. (Also, I must note the cat’s incredibly glamorous look!) The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. She's also done a goat yoga session before, that looks like all kinds of fun.
Thanks providing all of the fitspo, Kate!
