Kate Beckinsale feeling ‘a lot better’ after injuring back on movie set in Las Vegas

After reportedly being rushed to the hospital last week for a back injury, Kate Beckinsale shared a recovery update Monday.
“Feeling a lot better. Thank you so much for your kind messages and love,” the 48-year-old actress wrote in an Instagram post.
The picture appeared to show Beckinsale in a hospital bed with an IV running into her arm.
The “Underworld” actress was in Las Vegas to film her upcoming movie, “Prisoner’s Daughter,” when she injured her back on set, according to TMZ. Beckinsale was taken to the hospital Friday morning.
“Prisoner’s Daughter” stars Beckinsale as a woman who attempts to pull her family together after her father spends 12 years in prison.
