There are few things Kate Middleton seems to enjoy more than a sports-themed public engagement. And this morning, the Duchess of Cambridge was all smiles as she visited a SportsAid event at the London Stadium in Stratford.

Never one to miss an opportunity to get in on the competition, Kate was appropriately dressed in athleisure this morning, so she could try her hand at track and field starts and Taekwondo alongside the athletes.

Her head-to-toe green ensemble included a ribbed scoop-neck long-sleeve shirt and a pair of culottes. And in terms of accessories, Kate chose her necklace from Daniela Draper which is engraved with "GCL"—a tiny tribute to her three children: George, Charlotte, and Louis—as well as classic white sneakers, and green earrings, which Kate's Royal Closet reports are from the brand Monica Vinader. Her hair was tied back in a curly low ponytail.

Later on, as she spoke with the parents and guardians of athletes about their specific challenges, the ponytail came down to reveal a bouncy blowout, and the Duchess topped her sporty look with a blazer.

Will and Kate have certainly been busy thus far in 2020, and they show no sign of slowing down this spring. Next week, the Cambridges are heading on a royal tour of Ireland.

On the three-day trip—the couple's first official visit to the country—they'll spend time in Dublin, County Meath, County Kildare, and Galway. Their trip, which is being made at the request Britain's Foreign and Commonwealth Office, will ""focus on the relationship between [the UK and Ireland], and build on the theme of remembrance and reconciliation," and will spotlight Ireland's culture and natural beauty.

Then, on March 9, they are expected to reunite publicly with the Sussexes at the annual Commonwealth Day service.
