Kate Middleton is back at work today with a surprise engagement and very fall-ready outfit. The Duchess of Cambridge is visiting the Sunshine House Children and Young People’s Health and Development Centre, where she's meeting with the Southwark Family Nurse Partnership team. The Daily Mail's royal reporter Rebecca English revealed the visit was under embargo until Kate arrived there.

The Duchess is wearing a navy blouse with high-waisted pants. Kensington Palace just announced the visit itself, sharing a video of Kate inside the center. "The Duchess of Cambridge visited @EvelinaLondon Sunshine House to meet the Southwark @FNPNationalUnit, as part of her research and engagement with the Early Years sector. The Family Nurse Partnership is a voluntary home visiting programme for first time parents aged 24 & under," the Palace tweeted.

Kate has made children's mental health one of her main issues. In her speech at her RHS Wisley event last week, Kate spoke about how crucial a child's upbringing is in influencing who they become as adults and shaping healthy habits.

"The experience we gain during our earliest years influences who we become as people," she said. "They influence how we interact in school, at work, and in society, and ultimately, how we bring up our own children."

"As a parent, I’ve learned just how important it is to foster our child’s development in all areas, not just physical, as soon as they’re born," she added later. "We build the blocks, the foundations for future success and happiness later in their lives."
