Kate Middleton -- she's just like us!

While we've long known that the Duchess of Cambridge lives a relatively low-key life when she's not fulfilling her royal duties (going for grocery runs, picks up her kids in the carpool line and cooking with her children at home), what we didn't know was that she is also a reality TV lover.

Her husband, Prince William, made the reveal at Centrepoint's 50th Anniversary Gala in Camden on Wednesday night. The Mirror reports that the Duke of Cambridge was chatting with Shirley Ballas, the head judge on popular British dancing competition, "Strictly Come Dancing," when he told her that, while he has seen the program before, it's Kate who watches it frequently.

"I have watched the show [Strictly] a couple of times. Catherine is a huge fan and my mother-in-law [Carole Middleton] loves it," William reportedly told Ballas.

BBC One's "Strictly Come Dancing," for those unfamiliar, is the British dance show that "Dancing With the Stars" is based off of. The popular format, which involves a celebrity being paired with professional dancers and learning new routines every week, has been exported to over 40 countries since "Strictly" debuted in 2004. ("DWTS" premiered in the United States in 2005 and is currently in its 28th season.)

William's appearance at the annual Centrepoint Gala comes over ten years into his patronage for the charity. The future king followed in his late mother, Princess Diana's, footsteps, as she also served as a patron for the organization.
