Kate Middleton Looks So Festive in a Red Sweater to Promo Christmas Carol Concert

Duchess Kate is pulling out her festive sweaters this holiday season.

In the first trailer for ITV's Royal Carols: Together at Christmas, a televised holiday concert special hosted by the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate appeared wearing a bright-red sweater by Miu Miu. The jumper featured a white Peter Pan collar, as well as pale-pink roses and white studded buttons.

"I'm so excited to be hosting Together at Christmas here at Westminster Abbey," she says in the trailer while seated in the pews of the church.

The trailer also shows a sneak peek of the concert's star-studded musical performances, including those from Ellie Goulding and Leona Lewis. The special will air on ITV on Christmas Eve.

When Kate hosted the concert event earlier this month, she arrived at Westminster Abbey wearing a bright-red coat dress by Catherine Walker, which featured a dramatic bow tie collar feature and matching buttons going down the front. For accessories, the duchess wore red pumps by Gianvito Rossi and carried a red clutch. She also put on a pair of dangle earrings that matched her sapphire engagement ring.

Prince William joined his wife for the occasion, returning to the site where they married in 2011. He coordinated with Kate's ultra-red look by wearing a red tie.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also shared a glimpse of the festivities inside Westminster Abbey via Instagram. "We will be reflecting on the extraordinary challenges we have faced in recent times and celebrating the acts of kindness that we have witnessed across the nation as communities pulled together to help each other and protect those in need," the caption read.
