Some of the Duchess of Cambridge's best looks are arguably her formal ones, so it comes as no surprise that her ensemble for a swanky reception during the royal tour of Pakistan is a total show-stopper. Today, she and the Duke of Cambridge are attending an event hosted by the British High Commissioner in Pakistan, Thomas Drew, at the National Monument in capital city Islamabad.

For the festivities, the duchess wore a glittering emerald green Jenny Packham gown. Prince William was equally dressed up in a dark teal sherwani, a formal coat-like piece, by Pakistani brand Naushemian.

The reception attire is the latest of the duchess's impressive looks on tour, which just began last night. First, she stepped off of the plane in a light blue ombré Catherine Walker dress and pants during her arrival with William yesterday.

Then, today, she kicked off a busy schedule of engagements in a royal blue kurta with trousers—traditional national dress—by Pakistani designer Maheen Khan. For meetings with the president and prime minister later in the day, she mixed British and Pakistani labels, opting for a Catherine Walker tunic with Maheen Khan pants, and a Bonanza|Satrangi dupatta.
