Kathy Hilton to join 11th season of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'

It’s real familiar.

Kathy Hilton, mom to former reality star Paris Hilton, is joining the season 11 cast of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," which has previously starred her sisters Kyle Richards and Kim Richards, Bravo confirmed Tuesday after TMZ broke the news.

Both Kyle, 51, and Kim, 56, were original cast members on the show when it premiered a decade ago, though after season five, Kim has only appeared as a guest star.

Unlike her younger sisters though, Hilton, 61, will appear “as a friend of the cast."

In addition to previous cameos on “RHOBH," Hilton and her family — which includes husband Rick Hilton, daughter Nicky Hilton Rothschild, as well as sons Barron Hilton II, and Conrad Hughes III — have appeared together on Paris' show, “The Simple Life,” as well as “The World According to Paris.”

Aside from the Bravo staple, the “Family Affair” actress most recently appeared in “This Is Paris,” the documentary about the entrepreneur, 39, which hit YouTube over the summer.

In the film, the matriarch was confronted with her daughter’s allegations that she was abused as a teen during her time at Provo Canyon School.

Earlier this month, the socialite organized a protest in Utah, which houses the boarding school, demanding the closure of not just Provo but all schools like it.

“I went through hell,” Hilton said in the documentary of her time at the school, which was meant to improve her behavior.

She spoke about being put into solitary confinement, as well as verbal and physical abuse by staff members, which mom Kathy said in the film she previously had never heard about.
