Katie Holmes Selling California Mansion For $4.6 Million Following Jamie Foxx Split
Katie Holmes has put her Calabasas mansion on the market for $4,625,000, which was super close to her ex-boyfriend Jamie Foxx’s home.
According to real estate records, the “Dawson’s Creek” actress is ready to unload her 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 6,200 sq. ft. home.
Holmes purchased the property for $3,795,000 in 2014, which was two years after she finalized her divorce from Tom Cruise.
She could turn a $830,000 profit if sold at the asking price.
The property listing describes Holmes’ home as, “Contemporary Grand European Manor situated on an expansive and private lot. Located atop one of The Oaks most desirable and private cul-de-sac streets and bordering pristine conservancy land, this home features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, one of which is a separate Guest Casita.”

The property was super close to her former boyfriend Jamie Foxx’s home. As The Blast reported, Holmes and Foxx broke up in August following several years of dating.
The famous duo had been linked since around 2013 but only confirmed their relationship last year when they were spotted making out during a romantic vacation.
The last public event they attended was the Met Gala in May. Prior to her relationship with Foxx, Holmes was famously married to Tom Cruise. The divorced couple share a daughter together, 13-year-old Suri Cruise.
Holmes has remained unbothered since the split. She took to Instagram recently to post a sultry behind-the-scenes photo captioned, “#bts @vogueaustralia 💕💕💕 it is wonderful to be working today with such amazing women!”
Fans showered her with love “Love how beautiful and natural you are with your body. You aren’t afraid to show your body exactly how it is ❤️” and “Such a timeless beauty, you can pull off so many different looks it’s unreal. I have to do double takes a lot of the times and then look at the name to realize whom this is.”
Since the split, Foxx has been spotted out with several women. He has been spending a lot of time with comedian Natalie Friedman.
The two have been spotted having dinner multiple times, dancing in a parking lot and partying in New York. The 29-year-old Friedman recently shared photos of the two celebrating Halloween.
Foxx’s former bachelor pad located in Tarzana, California was recently sold for $3 million-dollars.
