Katie Price so fed up of court battles she 'doesn't care' if she goes to prison

Katie Price has said she is so sick of court battles that she doesn't care now whether she goes to prison - and even thinks a spell in jail could work out well as she can tell her story afterwards.

The glamour model and TV star, 45, was declared bankrupt in 2019 and has since faced hearings accusing her of a breach of her income payments agreement, with another due in September when she hopes to save her house, dubbed Mucky Mansion.

But mum-of-five Price says she's been to court "more times than I've had hot dinners lately" and has had enough, preferring to draw a line under it with a prison sentence.

According to The Mirror, Price said that she believed bankruptcy was good for her in helping her to face up to the reality of her situation.

She added: "I am not scared of court anymore. I have said, 'Can't you put me to prison just to cover it all? Just be done with it.'

"I'm fed up with the reminders and why I'm in it [court]. I genuinely don't care if I go to prison. Because it's done then."

In fact, Price even said that she thought there could be a silver lining to going to prison as she could tell her story about her experience.

She revealed: "I love all the prison stuff and I can experience what it's like in there. I could do a story when I come out of me in prison, and it's a win-win situation isn't it?"

Price, who is facing a £3.2million debt repayment, claimed that it wouldn't affect her job and that she "wouldn't be in there long", saying of threats that she could end up in prison "just do it".

Meanwhile, Price has adopted a new puppy two months after the death of her dog Blade, despite a petition calling for her to be banned from owning pets earning more than 35,000 signatures.

Blade died in June after being hit by a car, but animal welfare organisation Peta criticised Price at the time, saying in a statement: "After a seventh animal died in her custody, Katie Price should be facing more than the court of public opinion – she should face a court of law and be banned for life from keeping animals."

Price has also lost another dog and a horse in car accidents, as well as a dog who was apparently suffocated in an electric armchair just weeks after joining her family.
