Katie Price reported to police for alleged second breach of restraining order days after court ruling

Katie Price has been reported to police for allegedly breaching a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler's partner for a second time.

The 44-year-old reality star and mother-of-five last week escaped jail for previously breaching the restraining order, which bans her from contacting Hayler's partner Michelle Penticost.

Hayler's representative confirmed to The Sun newspaper: "A further incident has taken place and duly reported. This is a matter being dealt with by the police.”

Price's rep said: "We were unaware this conversation between Kieran and the police had taken place - we're struggling to understand why Kieran is so hell bent on sending the mother of his two children to prison.

"Yes Kate has done wrong, and is very sorry for her past actions, but surely Kate's recent court judgment is enough for him?"

The former glamour model shares eight-year-old son Jett and seven-year-old Bunny with Hayler.

She had been handed a five-year restraining order in June 2019 banning her from contacting Penticost directly or indirectly.

The order came after Price hurled a foul-mouthed abusive rant at Penticost during a row in a school playground.

Last month she pled guilty to breaching that restraining order by sending a foul-mouthed message calling Penticost a "c***ing w***e piece of s**t" and a "gutter s**g".

Judge Stephen Mooney said at the sentence hearing that the offence was "committed out of anger" and the words were "highly offensive and inflammatory".

Penticost said in her victim statement: "The impact of what Katie has done is very upsetting, I feel threatened and intimidated.

"I feel demoralised and not wanting to go out. The language used made me feel scared. I felt it was an attack on me.

"The consequences are I feel she will attack me. I felt by having a restraining order it would make me feel safe but by someone breaching it it has made me feel very vulnerable."

Price's lawyer Nicholas Hamblin said she had been under a "misunderstanding" that the restraining order "worked both ways".

He added: "Katie didn't start it".

Price avoided a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Instead she was handed an 18-month community order, 170 hours of unpaid work and must pay £1,500 costs.

Price married third husband Hayler in 2013 and the couple renewed their marriage vows three times before splitting in 2018.

Following the sentence she flew to Thailand on holiday with fiance Carl Woods.

She recently dodged another court date as her bankruptcy hearing has been postponed until 2023.

The reality TV star — who was declared bankrupt in 2019 — was once said to be worth £40 million. She now has debts totalling £3.2m, mostly to lenders for mortgages secured against her home in Sussex, which she dubs 'Mucky Mansion'.

Price escaped a jail sentence for speeding charges, which took place just days before her drink-drive crash.

She was given a four month suspended sentence and ordered to complete 20 hours of rehab and 100 hours of community service.

Price is mother to 20-year-old son Harvey, whose father is footballer Dwight Yorke and she shares Junior, 17, and Princess, 14, with first husband Peter Andre; as well as her children with Hayler.
