Katy Perry ditches her blonde hair and returns to brunette locks

Katy Perry has thrown it back to the 2010s with her latest hair transformation, and it's making us want to book a hair appointment as soon as possible.
(Unless she's tricking us all with a wig again, of course.)
Following several years as a platinum blonde, Katy has decided to dye her hair back to brunette – and what better way to debut her new glamorous look than at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures' opening gala?
Showing off her freshly-dyed hair on Instagram, Katy relived her Saturday night (September 25) with fans, inviting them to "relive [their] childhood trauma" at the Academy Museum.

"Did you know the JAWS shark is named 'Bruce' after Stephen Spielberg's lawyer?! I don't care what they called him, I wouldn't swim in a pool at night because of Ol' Bruce-y," she wrote. "Relive your childhood trauma at the @academymuseum".
Meanwhile, following the birth of her first child Daisy Dove Bloom with fiancé Orlando Bloom last year, Katy recently opened up about her experience of labour, crediting Orlando for his support in the boombox department.
"He was such a great support, we had like a little boombox," the singer said, recalling Daisy's arrival. "He was there and he was so wonderful and just like holding my hand and looking into my eyes.

"You want to film it but you also want to be present so there's a fine line. He was great, I highly recommend it."
In other Bloom family news, the actor remained true to form in embracing nature and the human body with another naked adventure last month, this time sharing a photo of a nude wild swim following *that* famous full-frontal paddle boarding photo from a few years ago.
