KCSO arrests suspect in homicide investigation
Nov. 4—Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man on suspicion of murder as a result of their investigation into a fatal shooting in Bakersfield.
Deputies reported a man, whose identity has not yet been released, was killed around 3:29 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in the 800 block of Rembrandt Street.
At around 5 p.m. Wednesday, Victor Rivera, 35, was taken into custody.
