Summer may not have officially begun yet, but it's already been dubbed the unofficial season of Keanu Reeves, Hollywood's "kindest heartthrob."
To Sandra Bullock, that means one thing in particular for the 54-year-old bachelor: he doesn't need Bullock to set him up on a date. The internet has adopted Reeves as its collective boyfriend of the moment: the actor is everywhere, it seems, currently starring in "Toy Story 4," "Always Be My Maybe" and "John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum."
So when asked by Entertainment Tonight if she knew of anyone who might be good for Reeves, Bullock had a simple answer: "He doesn't need anybody's help. Nope. He's good."
Amid this Keanuaissance, could fans look forward to a "Speed" reunion in the future? (The 1994 Reeves-Bullock action flick just celebrated its 25th anniversary.)
"Maybe (when we're) 67, 69 years old," Bullock joked. "We'll be old and in the bus where they have that lift for the older people."
She continued, imagining the reboot's plot: "We'll be an old married couple. We'll have the walker and it will be about how we can get to the old people home before curfew. So, that will be the (new) 'Speed.' It will be a slow film, but a play on the word 'speed.' "
