Keegan-Michael Key on ‘The Prom,’ ‘Jingle Jangle,’ bombastic characters
In this week’s Sunday Sitdown, actor Keegan-Michael Key talks to Willie Geist about his roles in two new Netflix movie musicals, “The Prom” and “Jingle Jangle.” The Emmy-winning comedian also remembers the bombastic characters he created alongside Jordan Peele on MADtv and Comedy Central and how his career has taken him to a Broadway stage. “It’s a daring thing to do, but sometimes you should just say your dreams out loud. And you never know … they could just come true,” he says.
