Keegan Sell, Dom Incorvati, Preston Hopperton among top all-Ohio honorees

Garfield junior linebacker Keegan Sell earned first team all-Ohio honors Tuesday, when the all-state football teams for Division IV and Division V were released.

Sell, also the Northeast Inland District Defensive Player of the Year in Division V, finished his junior season with 162 tackles (31 for loss) to go with 954 rushing yards (8.4 per carry) and 17 touchdowns on the ground.

A pair of Streetsboro standouts also received high honors, with running back/wide receiver Preston Hopperton earning second team and kicker Dom Incorvati making third team. Hopperton, a junior, was electric both running (127 carries, 925 yards, 21 TD) and catching (38 receptions, 742 yards, 7 TD) the ball, while Incorvati, a senior, made all four of his field goals and 50-of-51 extra points, while also having 10 of his onside kicks successfully recovered.

Nine local players earned honorable mention, including four from the Metro Athletic Conference (Field QB Braxton Baumberger and RB Drexal McAmis, Ravenna LB Pavel Henderson and Streetsboro DB Jackson Gula), as well as three from Garfield (K Ethan Bittence, RB Jesse Grace and OL Jon Wiczen) and two from Crestwood (RB Nate Blasiole and OL Cody Brugmann).
