Kelly Price is alive and well, and back to working her craft.

The award-winning singer/songwriter and actress, who recently made headlines when reports surfaced that she was missing in the Atlanta area, has landed a new gig.

AMC Networks announced it green-lit the scripted dramedy series “À La Carte” for its ALLBLK streaming platform. Created by Netflix contract publicist Breanna Hogan and executive produced by Meagan Good, the series centers on an ambitious, intelligent, funny, beautiful Black woman named Mahogany Rose, who prides herself on being the best and excelling at everything — except love.

Price, with acting credits including “American Soul,” “Saints and Sinners” and “R&B Divas: Los Angeles,” will portray Lyric, the protagonist’s mother always available to offer her daughter heartfelt advice and moral support.

The nine-time Grammy Award nominated vocal powerhouse — known for R&B standouts “Friend of Mine,” “It’s My Time” and “Heartbreak Hotel” with Whitney Houston and Faith Evans — was reported missing after she was discharged from a Georgia hospital, where she battled COVID-19 in September.

Authorities conducted a welfare check on her home on Sept. 18 and she was not there. A missing-person report was filed in Cobb County.

Days later, Price broke her silence and claimed she was considered medically dead after contracting COVID-19 in an emotional interview.

“I died,” she said in a video. “And the next thing, it was some days later, I remember waking up in ICU and the doctor asking me if I remembered what year it was.”

“I have what is called long COVID, and I am facing a very uphill battle right now ... I have a lot of rehabbing to do,” Price added. “I suffered a lot of internal damage.”

The 48-year-old Far Rockaway, Queens, native joins Grammy Award winning “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss and Dorien Wilson (of “The Parkers” fame) as recent editions to the cast, which is led by Pauline Dyer, Jessie Woo, Kendall Kyndall, Jenna Nolen and Courtney Burrell.
