Jun. 25—Kelly Spayd of Keller Williams Platinum Realty is ranked No. 21 in Pennsylvania on the 2023 America's Best List for exemplary sales production in 2022 for residential sales with volume of $35.364,814 and number 22 in the state with a total of 94 transaction sides.
As a part of RealTrends + Tom Ferry America's Best, a state-by-state ranking report produced by RealTrends and Tom Ferry International, Spayd has earned recognition as part of the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the nation.
Designees are recognized as the top one-tenth of one percent of more than 1.4 million licensed Realtors nationwide.
The Thousand is divided into four categories, each listing the top 250 designees: Individual Agent — Sales Volume; Individual Agent — Transaction Sides; Agent Team —Sales Volume; and Agent Team — Transaction Sides.
