Donald Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway and her husband, Trump foe George Conway III, confirmed Saturday they are divorcing after 22 years of marriage.

Kellyanne, who has been a Republican strategist, often publicly disagrees with her husband George, who became disillusioned and openly critical of Trump during his presidency.

In a joint statement on Saturday, the couple said they were in the “final stages of an amicable divorce” and that they remained “united as parents” to their four children.

Last year, Kellyanne released a memoir, “Here’s the Deal,” in which she shared that the public spectacle of her marriage led to Ivanka Trump at one point handing her a note with “the names of two local doctors who specialized in couples therapy.”

She said she shared the note with George, and that he said “OK” to going to one of the therapists but that the two never ended up going.
