Kendall Jenner has a knack for making even the most conservative and classic outfits look sexy and chic. Case-in-point: The model and reality star stepped out today in New York City wearing a mutli-colored sweater vest that was positively grandpa-approved and still looked incredible.
Jenner wore the retro-inspired, '70s-style sweater vest layered over a white button-down shirt with loose-fitting, slightly ballooned sleeves that were cinched at the wrists while out in SoHo in NYC today. She wore the preppy, vintage-inspired top with a pair of khaki green trousers and accessorized the look with brown loafers, a pair of tortoise-patterned sunglasses, and a green Burberry Olympia bag, according to Vogue. Jenner topped thelook off with a black face mask with a beaded chain.
The small leather Burberry bag Jenner carried with the outfit comes in several colors, but the model opted for the Juniper Green version. The $1,790 bag is still in stock to shop.
Jenner has talked about her love of vintage looks in the past. In a 2019 interview with Vogue, the model gushed about her love for what she described as "random vintage"—pieces with no labels or known origin.
"I have this little cow-print bag that’s super old. There’s no tag in it, nobody knows where it’s from or what it is, but I found it in a cool little thrift store," she explained at the time. "Most [vintage] stuff that I wear is pretty random. And I love that because nobody else has it."
