Kendall Jenner responds to criticism following claims she photoshopped recent bikini snap

Kendall Jenner has addressed the backlash she received after claims she photoshopped a recent bikini photo.

The reality star, 27, left fans convinced she’d heavily edited a photo of herself in a string bikini posted on Instagram, after being seen with an unnaturally “long” hand.

Jenner responded to the backlash during an Instagram Live with her best friend Hailey Bieber, as she showcased the size of her lengthy hand in real time.

"We’re sitting here analysing… look how bizarre her hand looks normally,” Bieber, 26, said in the clip.

She continued: “This is live. Live footage of the hand", while zooming in on Jenner’s criticised body part.

Jenner added: “It’s crazy."

Bieber finished by saying Jenner has always had “long a** hands and fingers”, and social media users have only discovered this now.

Fans couldn’t hold back their surprise at seeing Jenner’s hand, following her bikini photo posted this week, as they called out the star for photoshopping.

“What in the world is going on with your hand in the 4th photo?”, one person wrote, as another said: “Girl, YOUR HAND!”

A third commented: “Whoever edits your photos needs a raise. Long hand ganggggggg”.

Someone else added: “Is because you made your bum bigger and so the legs longer and hence forgot the hand in the process?”

Other followers jumped to the defence of the model in the comments section.

One fan wrote: “Stop with the hand thing!! She has long fingers and a thin hand, it’s normal”.

A second said: “You guys never heard about lens distortion, right? Chill”.

Jenner was previously accused of photoshopping photos shared on social media in 2018.

The reality star showed off her very long legs in a group photo, featuring older sister Kourtney Kardashian and former family friend Jordyn Woods, causing fans to suggest she’d edited her limbs to appear longer.

That same year, Jenner was thought to have photoshopped her stomach in a photo of her wearing Calvin Klein underwear, as followers spotted the wall behind her “bending”.

Jenner’s sisters Kim and Khloe Kardasian have also been at the centre of claimed “photoshopping fails”, following various photos posted on social media in recent years.
