IRIKA SARGENT: This is the only video we've seen of the shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha last summer because police there didn't have body cameras like in Chicago. Starting today, some Kenosha police do.

In August, Blake was shot several times in the back by Officer Rusten Sheskey. After an investigation, Sheskey wasn't charged with a crime.

The Kenosha Police Department tested body cameras today. The cameras were approved in 2017 but kept getting delayed.
