The Wildcats are 16-8 overall and 7-4 in the SEC. They had won six consecutive games in league play until Tuesday, when Arkansas came to Rupp Arena and won in lopsided fashion, 88-72. The Bulldogs have cratered recently. After winning three of their first four SEC contests, they are just 1-6 since. That includes a 78-74 loss to Ole Miss at home on Tuesday. The Rebels entered that game with a 1-9 mark in the SEC.
Saturday will be the second meeting between Kentucky and Georgia this season. The Bulldogs had an eight-point halftime lead in Lexington on Jan. 17, but behind Oscar Tshiebwe's dominant performance (37 points and 24 rebounds), the Wildcats rallied to win 85-71.
