Update: Kentucky guard TyTy Washington Jr. leaves with injury vs. Auburn men's basketball
Update: Kentucky men's basketball tweeted during halftime that TyTy Washington "is out for the game."
Kentucky Wildcats men's basketball guard TyTy Washington Jr. left with an apparent left ankle injury in the first half against Auburn on Saturday, Jan. 22.
Washington shot a runner in the lane and came down awkwardly. It looks as if he came down on the foot of Kentucky center Oscar Tshiebwe.
Washington left the game with 8:20 left in the first half. He went back to the locker room before play resumed.
TyTy Washington Jr. (left ankle injury) is out for the game.

Sahvir Wheeler came in the game for Washington.
Before the injury, Washington had four points and one assist in nine minutes.
Kentucky led 25-18 vs. Auburn when Washington came out of the game.
Auburn, ranked No. 2 in the Ferris Mowers Men's Basketball Coaches Poll powered by USA Today Sports, entered the matchup 17-1 overall and 6-0 in the SEC. Most recently, Auburn defeated Georgia 83-60 on Wednesday.
No. 12-ranked Kentucky came into the game 15-3 overall and 5-1 in the SEC. On Wednesday, the UK Wildcats beat Texas A&M 64-58.
