An air raid was declared in occupied Crimea on Dec. 23 due to a missile threat, the Telegram channel Crimean Wind reported.

The Russian occupation administration blocked traffic on the Crimean Bridge due to the air alert.

Additionally, a missile was launched from near the village of Yarke, Dzhankoy district. The sound of the launch, according to the Telegram channel, was heard throughout the district and in Dzhankoy city proper. Locals claimed that it was the work of Russian air defenses.

A powerful explosion was also heard in the city of Armyansk, in the north of Crimea at about 11 p.m. on Dec. 22.

Crimean Wind noted that the sound of the explosion was the result of a Russian missile launch from a S-300 system, but the intended target was not hit.
